Within our partnership with the World Economic Forum, Roland Berger places particular emphasis on the Young Global Leaders Community. As the sole lead partner, we support the further strategic development and the work of the world's most extraordinary leaders. Founded in 2004, the Young Global Leaders Community unites personalities from all over the world and a myriad of disciplines and sectors. Each year the World Economic Forum identifies 200-300 extraordinary individuals, drawn from every region of the world. What they have in common is age – they are all under 40 – and substantial leadership experience.
