The new Executive Committee took over on July 1
After very careful preparation, a new generation of managers has successfully been installed at the company's helm.
The new international Executive Committee (EC) comprises four members: Dr. Burkhard Schwenker, António Bernardo, Thomas Eichelmann, and Dr. Martin Wittig.
Burkhard Schwenker says: "Together, we will hold our own and expand our position as one of the world's leading strategy consulting firms on the global market."
He is now Spokesman of the new Executive Committee and António Bernardo is Deputy Spokesman. Thomas Eichelmann and Martin Wittig are the other members of the EC.
Prof. Dr. h.c. Roland Berger, the company's founder and Chairman, moves to the Supervisory Board.
New Management Committee for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland announced
Another recent change concerns the joint Management Committee. Walter Hagemeier becomes the new head of the committee, Dr. Manfred Reichl and Dirk Reiter are the other members.
This new generation of top managers guarantees the continuity of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and, at the same time, ensures strong performance of their global consulting network in the future.
