Andreas Bürge appointed new Managing Partner of Roland Berger AG, Switzerland

Andreas Bürge has been appointed the new Managing Partner of Roland Berger AG, Switzerland. Swiss-born Andreas Bürge (50) will assume his new role as Managing Partner and member of the Management Board of Roland Berger AG, Zurich, on October 20, 2003. He worked for Arthur Andersen for more than 20 years, where he spent the past 10 years successfully establishing the Andersen Business Consulting division and heading it up as Regional Managing Partner for Germany, Switzerland and Austria. His consulting focus is on strategy, organization, restructuring and finance.

Andreas Bürge will replace Dr. Martin Wittig, who took up his duties as a member of Roland Berger's four-member global Executive Committee on July 1, 2003. Dr. Wittig will continue to conduct his business from the Zurich office in his capacity as Partner and Vice-President of the Management Board of Roland Berger Switzerland.
