Roland Berger resigns as deputy chairman of the EM.TV supervisory board
Munich, March 29, 2005
Roland Berger, Chairman of Roland Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, will give up his role of deputy chairman on the EM.TV AG supervisory board at the general meeting of July 5, 2005.
Berger based his decision on the completion of the media company's strategic, operational and financial restructuring process. Roland Berger became deputy chairman after Roland Berger Strategy Consultants developed the restructuring concept for EM.TV in 2001. At the time, he had agreed to hold the position as long as the restructuring process was not completed.
