• Torsten Koß is the new Partner in the Civil Economics Competence Center

As of mid-November, Torsten Koß (41) is the new Partner in the Civil Economics Competence Center at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. He is based at the international strategy consultancy's Hamburg office.

Torsten Koß studied economics at the University of Hannover. In 1996, he began his career at SAP as an account manager in public services. From 1999 to 2002, he held the position of sales head for federal and state authorities as well as higher education and research. Since 2003, he served as Vice President and Head of Public Services at SAP Germany. His specialties include process optimization and controlling systems. His consulting work focuses primarily on the public sector, including federal, state and municipal authorities, plus universities.
