- Company Portal provides the latest news, publications and studies
Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, one of the world's leading strategy consultancies, is relaunching its international Internet presence to mark its 40th anniversary. On the new website, which will eventually incorporate all Roland Berger sites, the consultants put their expertise front and center.
The new website for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants (www.rolandberger.com) has been redesigned as a portal with company news, publications and studies. It also presents the expertise of Roland Berger's consultants in various markets and industries. In this way, the website aims to focus more on the needs of clients and users. In the "News" section, visitors to the website can find the latest about Roland Berger's studies and publications as well as its diverse social and cultural commitments. In addition, those interested in learning more about consulting services can simply click on "Our experts". There they can contact Roland Berger consultants and discuss strategic and business issues with them.
The English-language website will serve as the central contact point for anyone who is interested in Roland Berger and wants to get in touch with a consultant. The website strives for brevity to appeal to a target group with little time to spare. Roland Berger's Internet presence was created to serve both the needs of companies and other target groups. To that end, Roland Berger's corporate design was tailored to better suit the medium. The use of animation and multimedia applications was consciously scaled back to minimize access barriers. This effort also included optimizing the search engine and making the site easier to navigate.
Torsten Oltmanns, Principal and Global Marketing Director at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, on the goals of the relaunch: "On the market and with our clients, we are known for our skills and know-how as experts in strategy consulting. Our website needs to emphasize this more strongly. Moreover, we want to combine all of our company websites into a consistent concept recognized all over the world, and be state of the art again in structures, visuals and usability."
