Each year, the Young Global Leaders get together at the Annual Summit of the Forum of Young Global Leaders. They engage in various task forces focusing on topics ranging from healthcare and education to environmental issues. Community members are selected by a Selection Committee chaired by Queen Rania of Jordan. Requirements for participation include extraordinary performance and not being older than 40 upon entry.
