Alain Le Couédic
Alain Le Couédic is a Partner based in the firm's Hong Kong office. He has over 17 years of professional consulting experience.
Alain focuses primarily on serving financial services clients in Greater China in the firm’s Financial Services Competence Center. He has worked for clients in North America, Europe and Asia on issues related to strategy, organization, operations, M&A and private equity. Prior to joining Roland Berger, he was a Partner & Managing Director of the Boston Consulting Group in their Financial Services practice, and was Office Head for the Hong Kong and Taipei offices. He also led BCG’s organization practice in Greater China, and served as Corporate Banking segment Head for Asia ex Japan.
His experience includes projects for both multinational and local clients across Retail Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, Private Banking and Wealth Management, Asset Management and Life Insurance.
Prior to BCG, Alain was a consultant with A.T. Kearney in their New York and Hong Kong offices.
Alain holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Master of Science degree from Institut National Agronomique, Paris.
