Axel Koch

Axel joined our Automotive Competence Center in 2004 and was promoted to Principal in 2011. He assists automotive OEMs in improving their sales and retail performance and also supports global automotive suppliers with growth and internationalization strategies. Market entry and portfolio strategies as well as operational issues such as production systems are also his specialties when advising suppliers.

He has consulted renowned automotive OEMs, suppliers and service providers such as car rental companies and financial service providers.

Axel studied business administration at the University of Hamburg with a focus on strategic and operational industrial management and international management.
