Cyril Gay Bélan

Cyril joined our Paris team in February 2012 as Partner responsible for the insurance sector.

Cyril started his career in 1996 with Marsh, a global insurance brokerage, in Hong Kong and Spain. In 2001, he joined Groupama a Leading French insurance company where he assumed different responsabilities in corporate strategy and business development. He then joined an international consultancy where he built up the insurance practice group for France and francophone countries.

In the course of his career, Cyril has carried out numerous projects on strategic analysis in the insurance and reinsurance sector worldwide. He has experience in all insurance sectors (life, damage, etc.) covering most element of the value chain from customer science and distribution to industrial strategy and operations.

Cyril holds a Master's in Management Science from Dauphine University in France and an MBA from Georgetown University in the US.
