David Ye

David Ye joined Roland Berger in 2005 and is now Principal in Greater China. He focuses on the public service sector and has supported local government at all levels, as well as real estate (mainly commercial sector) developers and multi-business enterprises/investors, on consulting projects.

His topics include new area development, industrial zone build/management, infrastructure and big events/exhibitions.
David is an expert in industrial cluster planning, city-industry scenario modeling, city marketing, green business, etc.

He also has extensive experience in the media industry. In the past, he helped a large newspaper group in China develop its strategy, transform and quickly improve sales.

His areas of expertise also include corporate/business strategy, organization and transformation.
