Dmitri Zaitsev

Dmitri Zaitsev has over 18 years of experience in consulting and financial services industry working in Russia, Ukraine, CEE and the UK. Prior to joining Roland Berger in 2011 he was Head of Management Consulting practice of Accenture in Russia and before that worked as Deputy Chairman of the Board, Head of Strategy of a large Russian Financial Group . His prior track record also includes Trade & Structured Finance group of a major American commodity trading corporation and management consulting division of a Big 4 company.

Mr Zaitsev's expertise includes corporate strategy and governance, organisational design, performance management and process improvement. In addition to strong focus on financial services Mr Zaitsev has experience with diversified conglomerates as well as large players in retail trade, telecommunications and utilities. During his years in industry he has also obtained hands-on functional experience managing and supervising various corporate functions, including operational planning, sales and distribution, investment management as well as marketing and PR.

He graduated from International Economic Relations Department of Kiev National University of Economics, obtained financial qualification from Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the UK and holds MBA degree from IESE Business School.
