Emmanuel Bonnaud

Emmanuel holds a master's degree in business and finance, a master's degree in law and an MBA from the HEC Group. He has over 15 years of experience in operational and financial restructuring and cash management.

Before joining Roland Berger, Emmanuel was co-head of the restructuring department at a leading global accounting firm. He also spent three years at a major European retailer working in international development.

Emmanuel helps our clients develop and implement restructuring and turnaround strategies, as well as cash management and working capital reduction programs. He also acts as a CRO and provides viability diagnostic or business plan assessments for various stakeholders.
