Ina Wietheger

Ina Wietheger joined Roland Berger in 2000. As Partner in the Civil Economics, Energy & Infrastructure Competence Center, she supports projects in the public sector. Her work focuses on national modernization strategies, the positioning and implementation of reform topics as well as labor market issues and talent management. Ms. Wietheger's successful strategies have been used by German federal ministries and regional governments. Her strengths include transformation processes, organizational analysis and communication strategies.

Ms. Wietheger studied economics in Tübingen. She expanded her educational horizons with studies abroad (Mexico, USA) and a stint at the German Development Institute and worked several years in international development co-operation for Latin America.
