Jihong He has over 5 years of professional consulting experience and over 9 years of industry experience in Europe, Asia and North America.

Ms. He focuses on serving clients in the chemicals, utilities, transportation and infrastructure sectors across Asia. She has worked for clients in Asia and Europe on issues related to strategy development, operational improvement, organizational design and network optimization. Prior to joining Roland Berger, Ms. He held management positions at one of the largest international chemical conglomerates as well as at a leading European airport group. In those positions, she was responsible for strategic development, marketing and sales, operations, supply chain management and international investments. Her consulting experience includes projects for multinational, European and Asian clients in the air transport, logistics, telecommunications and manufacturing industries. Ms. He has also assisted private equity clients in identifying investment targets.
