Marcus M. Weber

Marcus M. Weber is Partner at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and a member of the management team for the Engineered Products & High Tech Competence Center. Marcus started his professional career with Daimler before turning to consulting in 1997. He has always worked in the manufacturing industry and the energy sector.

In the wind industry, Marcus is an authority supporting the world's leading turbine manufacturers and suppliers as well as large utilities, operators and governments. Marcus has been involved with projects all over the world, especially in the EU but also in the US and Asia.

His skills include developing corporate and business strategies, revenue enhancement initiatives, performance improvement programs. Marcus also specializes in achieving operational excellence in engineering, purchasing and production as well as organizational design and post-merger integration.
