Nils Kuhlwein von Rathenow
Nils Kuhlwein von Rathenow is a Partner in the Corporate Performance Competence Center and focuses on restructuring, profit improvement and strategic reorientation projects.
He joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 1997. As a consultant, he has successfully restructured a variety of companies in all major industries in Germany, Switzerland, Scandinavia and the UK.
Besides restructuring, he is an expert in insolvency procedures in Germany. He is Board Vice Chairman of the German Turnaround Management Association (TMA Deutschland).
He is also in charge of our activities in the maritime industries.
