Olaf Toepfer

Olaf Toepfer is a manager in the Financial Services Competence Center of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Switzerland. His industry experience includes retail and private banking, asset management and (re)insurance. He has led or participated in a range of Swiss and international strategy consulting mandates (corporate and business strategy, organizational structure) with expertise in profitable growth, operational efficiency and strategy execution.

Olaf Toepfer joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 2004 after eight years with Andersen Business Consulting. He holds a degree in economics and social sciences from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland.
