Rainer Bizenberger

Rainer joined our company in 2002 and was promoted to Principal in January 2011. Based in our Corporate Finance Competence Center, he focuses on value-creating topics for CFOs, especially in the financial services and consumer goods & retail industries. His methodological experience is in value management, structuring and supporting M&A transactions, PMI, performance improvement, strategy and reorganization.

He started his career in Roland Berger's Restructuring Competence Center, where he gathered comprehensive restructuring expertise that he still puts to good use in numerous projects.

Rainer studied business administration at the Universities of Eichstätt and Granada. He holds a Ph.D. in business administration with a focus on innovative corporate finance.
