Rodrigo Dantas e Silva

Rodrigo Dantas is a Partner at our São Paulo office with a solid background in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Roland Berger in July 2007, he was a member of the leadership team for the Financial Services Consulting Practice at Accenture's São Paulo location. His responsibilities included developing business relationships and opportunities with C level client executives and managing the corresponding projects. His project experience includes defining strategy, implementing technology, transforming businesses and reengineering processes.

Rodrigo Dantas also has experience at major banks in Brazil. His responsibilities there ranged from accounting and controlling to product and marketing development. He was also involved with designing business processes and technology architecture (always in the context of retail banking).

Rodrigo graduated from the University of São Paulo with a degree in economics and holds an MBA degree from Fundação Dom Cabral (Brazil). He did post-MBA studies at the Kellog School of Management (Northwestern University, USA) focusing on marketing and strategy.
