Safia Limousin has 13 years of experience in consulting and industry, 11 of them in the energy sector.

Safia Limousin started her career at Suez Group, then joined Deloitte Consulting. In 2001, she joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants where she works mainly within the Utilities and Operations Strategy Competence Centers. In particular, she carries out strategy and performance improvement projects for major energy players: defining investment strategies, optimizing sourcing performance, defining make-or-buy strategies and optimizing investment plans. She is also involved in HR optimization and management projects: elaborating a business strategy and HR policy and defining HR plans.
