Tao Chen

Chen Tao has over 12 years of professional consulting and management experience. He is currently a Partner Expert & Vice President of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants Greater China.

Prior to joining Roland Berger, he worked for McKinsey as the AP Expert for the telecom industry. He has served many leading companies in the InfoCom industry with in-depth expertise in the functional areas of strategy development, operations management and marketing.

He also has extensive experience in supporting the government, public service institutions and private companies. Chen has covered topics in corporate strategy, regional and urban planning, industry planning, organizational restructuring, marketing and branding.

He now leads the InfoCom Competence Center for Roland Berger Greater China and is also responsible for the media, government & public sector businesses. Furthermore, he heads the Youth Entrepreneur Camp program for private companies in Greater China.
