Yi Peng

Yi (Joyce) Peng has 12 years of professional experience with a focus on financial services. She spent 6 years with the Bank of China, and 6 years in management consulting. Before joining Roland Berger, she was a consultant with A.T. Kearney in Beijing and Shanghai.

Joyce's expertise covers strategy design (including IPO strategy) and implementation, corporate governance, organization/process design, cost control and strategic purchasing.

Joyce Peng was a core member of the team supporting Bank of China's restructuring and IPO in Hong Kong, and she assisted several medium-sized Chinese banks and insurance companies in defining their transformation strategies to achieve leapfrog growth.

Joyce Peng is also experienced in managing private equity clients for deals from pre-investment due diligence to post-investment integrations. Other than that, she has led several strategic low-cost country sourcing projects for large global retailers.

Joyce holds an MBA from London Business School, and a Master of Science degree from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing.
