Patrick Müller-Sarmiento
Patrick is Senior Partner and Head of the Consumer Goods and Retail Competence Center since October 2011. He manages the activities of our Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Retail and Luxury-Fashion-Sports practice groups from our Munich office and has been working for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Hamburg since January 2002.
His work focuses on scenario analysis, new business concepts, strategic realignment, brand positioning, restructuring and turnaround management for major consumer goods businesses and retailers from all sectors.
After graduating from the European Business School with an MBA, he began his career with an international investment bank, later changing to a large Coffee Group.
