Burda Community Network and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants have combined their "Typologie der Wünsche" (Typology of desires/TdW) with "RB Profiler" to create a new strategy tool: "brandmark". The TdW is Germany's leading consumer panel (approx. 20,000 interviews) and delivers information on consumer behavior and attitudes as well as brand and media usage. RB Profiler is today's most successful tool to develop brands and marketing strategies by measuring basic values and needs of customers and brands in one universal value system.
brandmark combines the TdW's comprehensive and up-to-date data with RB Profiler's ability to analyze consumers' values and needs. As a result, all potential target groups and over 1,800 brands can be efficiently analyzed in RB Profiler's value system without any additional market research. Analyses can then be used as a basis for future market strategies (segmentation, brand/marketing strategy, pricing, etc.). Additionally, the link to the TdW database makes it possible to define detailed marketing actions for implementation.
