Olaf Toepfer

Olaf is Head of the Financial Services Competence Center at Roland Berger Switzerland. His industry experience includes retail and private banking, asset management and (re)insurance. He has experience in various strategy consulting projects (corporate and business strategy, organizational structures) and is an expert in profitable growth, operational efficiency and strategy implementation.

He joined Roland Berger in 2004 after eight years at an international consulting firm. He holds a degree in Economics and Social Sciences from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland.
