Friedrich Demmer

Friedrich joined us as a Partner in the Corporate Finance Competence Center in February 2011. He supports private equity and corporate clients in commercial due diligence and growth/market review projects.

Friedrich has already been in consulting for 17 years. As Managing Director of a specialist global consulting company, he started, grew and co-headed its private equity business. In this capacity, he was responsible for over 150 buy-side and sell-side projects for 50 private equity firms. He also advised corporate clients with a focus on business strategy, growth/expansion and industry dynamics.

Friedrich studied Economics at Cambridge University and Theoretical Physics and IT at the University of Hanover. During his studies, Friedrich worked as an assistant at the university's Institute for Production Systems and Logistics, where he developed production monitoring software, and he also ran his own IT consulting firm.
