Gerd Sievers is a Partner at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Munich. As a member of the Corporate Performance Competence Center, his focus is on corporate finance. For more than 10 years, he has supported European, North American and Asian companies from various industries in M&A, due diligence, recapitalization and valuation projects. As part of Roland Berger's Global Investor Support Group, he does a lot of work for private equity investors.

Gerd Sievers started his career in Roland Berger's Restructuring Competence Center, where he gathered comprehensive restructuring expertise that he still puts to good use in numerous projects.

Born in 1973, Gerd Sievers studied at the universities of Cologne and Rostock, and holds a Ph.D. in business administration.
