Jorge Delclaux

In January 2011, Jorge Delclaux joined our firm as Partner and Managing Director of our Spanish office. Jorge will be part of the Ibero-Latin American Management team.

Jorge has more than 20 years of investment banking and Private Equity experience with an special focus in the areas of Corporate Finance, Restructuring and M&A.

Before joining Roland Berger, Jorge worked as MD for UBS and Rotschilds investment banking arms both in Spain and the UK and was CEO of Ibersuizas Private Equity. Jorge has also served on the Boards of some major listed and unlisted Spanish corporates such as Ebro Puleva, FCC or Maxam.

He holds a B.B.A. degree from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros in Madrid (CUNEF).
