Recapitalization and refinancing take center stage when companies encounter a crisis. Years of successful projects have taught us how to develop customized recapitalization concepts and implement them successfully.

These issues are often closely connected to optimizing selected balance-sheet items, especially that of working capital, where the goal is to improve the company's liquidity.

Our divestment programs go one step further. These programs consist of systematic processes for selecting company units to sell, for managing and monitoring the sale, and for selectively supporting the transaction.

Actively managing the liabilities side of the balance sheet, or covenants management, continues to gain importance. It monitors specific financial relations with borrowers. Roland Berger Strategy Consultants actively supports financial business planning while taking industries and financial products into consideration.
