Corporate finance

With the spread of value-based management, corporate finance has also been gaining importance. Corporate Finance at Roland Berger was formed in response to this trend, based on experience from numerous restructuring projects. Since 2006, this specially created Practice Group has focused on the latest CF topics and their development. The products offered by Roland Berger Strategy Consultants are targeted mainly to client groups. We therefore offer financial restructuring and investor support for restructuring clients, private equity, distressed debt and other investors.

Our financial restructuring covers recapitalization, divestment programs, covenants management and balance-sheet optimization. Within investors support, we focus on due diligence, valuation, 100-day programs, performance improvement and exit strategies.
