Lars Luck is Partner at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. He manages the Practice Group Market Attack in the global Marketing & Sales Competence Center which pools the know-how in the area of Sales and Targeted Marketing issues across various industries.
He joined Roland Berger in 1997. He also worked as investment director for a leading private equity investor in the field of telecommunications and media. His industry focus is IT, consumer durables and engineered products. He has also supported many trade fair companies and mega events.
His project work focuses on building efficient routes to market, starting with market segmentation and market entry strategies, and moving to CRM, direct sales, channel management and sales force optimization. He has helped companies refine their supply chain efficiency, improve their CRM processes, re-design their sales organization and increase their marketing efficiency.
