Mehdi Farhadi

Mehdi joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in February 2011 as Principal in our Corporate Finance Competence Center to strengthen our M&A and carve-out businesses.

In his more than 15 years of professional experience, he successfully planned and extensively carried out large-scale strategic programs related to post-merger integration, corporate growth, carve-out and exit transactions for corporations from Automotive OEM, Logistics, Financial Services, and IT sectors. Dr. Farhadi has successfully completed over 75 carve-outs and exit transactions in over 40 jurisdictions in EMEA, APAC and AMERICAS.

Mehdi holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), MBA, and Advanced Post-Graduate Diploma in Management Consultancy from the Henley Business School in the UK. His doctoral dissertation focuses on portfolio analysis, joint effect of acquisition and divestiture programs on corporate growth.
