Dereck Ji holds an MBA from IMD Switzerland. He has over 20 years of experience in consulting and industry.

Mr. Ji has extensive experience in urban planning, regional economic development, industrial clusters and sustainable tourism and has supported many governments and corporations. In addition, Mr. Ji is also an expert in process reengineering and performance improvement.

Prior to joining Roland Berger, Mr. Ji worked for PA Consulting Group. Currently, Mr. Ji leads Roland Berger's Government & Public Competence Center in Greater China.
