Dominique Gautier graduated from HEC and also holds a degree in philosophy. He has 12 years' experience in management consulting.

After working for the Lagardère group (Hachette Éditions), then in management consulting, Dominique Gautier joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 2000.
