Lars Luck
Lars Luck is Principal at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. He co-manages the Practice Group Sales in the global Marketing & Sales Competence Center and supports marketing and sales related issues across various industries.
Before joining Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 1997 he worked as investment director for a leading private equity investor in the field of telecommunication and media.
Lars industry focus is IT/multimedia and consumer durables. He has also supported many companies in markets, such as pharmaceuticals and trade fairs.
His project work focuses on building up efficient routes to market starting with market segmentation and market entry strategies as well as CRM, direct sales, channel management and sales force optimization. He has helped companies further develop their supply chain efficiency, improve their CRM processes, re-design their sales organization or increase their marketing efficiency.
