Johannes Klein

Johannes is Principal in our Corporate Performance Competence Center. He is an expert in developing restructuring concepts, business plans and liquidity plans. His favorite topics also include market analysis and modeling, efficiency improvement in large or mid-sized companies, strategy and organization as well as implementation and change management.

He provides expert advice to clients from the automotive, engineered products, construction, real estate, retail and steel industries.

Johannes holds a Ph.D. in industrial engineering from the Technical University Berlin and graduated from the Technical University Berlin and the École Supérieure de Management de Commerce Toulouse.
