He began his career in consumer goods marketing before moving to strategy consulting and business transformation. Olivier Dupin has a wealth of experience in major transformation programs, launching new activities, IT strategy, and the change management these entail. He is involved primarily in developing and optimizing operations in retail banking and specialized financial services in France and Europe.
