Maren Hauptmann
A graduate of the University of Bayreuth, Maren Hauptmann has more than 8 years of experience in management consulting. She joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 1999, where she specializes in organizational design and talent management.
Maren Hauptmann supports a number of global companies across various industries in finding the right organizational setup, as well as in sourcing and developing crucial talent. Her project work has included transforming core business processes, implementing change management for HR organizations and revamping corporate talent development models.
