Michael Dergis holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from Indiana University. He has 16 years of professional experience in Europe and North America: 8 years in high-tech start-ups and 8 years in strategy consulting.

Michael Dergis joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 2000 and has supported clients in many industries, including automotive, steel, aerospace and engineered products. In addition, he has worked with clients in the transportation and logistics sectors. From a functional standpoint, Mike has helped clients create growth strategies, improve their overall operating results and increase their organizational efficiency.
