Regina Schmidt
Regina is a Partner in the Consumer Goods & Retail Competence Center and heads the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Practice Group in Germany.
Regina joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 2000 after having worked for a German FMCG company in marketing. She advises national and international clients on corporate strategy, marketing, sales, supply chain management, restructuring as well as organizational issues. She has in-depth expertise in growth and efficiency topics. Regina has extensive industry experience in the FMCG and retail sectors in Western and Eastern Europe, Latin America and Africa. Regina frequently prepares studies and publishes articles, the most recent of which have focused on corporate responsibility and innovation management.
Regina studied international business administration at the Universities of Reutlingen and Exeter.
