Karsten Lafrenz

After graduating from the University of Münster in 1999, Karsten Lafrenz joined Roland Berger in 2000, where he became a member of the former Restructuring & Corporate Finance Competence Center (now: Corporate Performance). He participated in the company's Ph.D. program, writing his dissertation on shareholder value creation through implementation of restructuring programs.

He specializes in setting up and implementing restructuring and performance improvement programs for national and international companies. Besides supporting European clients, he also focuses on the Middle East.
