Didier Tshidimba

Didier is a Partner in the Brussels office. He is director of energy & utilities Competence Centers in Belgium.

Didier started his career in the consumer goods industry in the fields of supply chain management, sales and distribution. In 1998, he decided to give his professional life a new dimension by embracing a career in strategy consulting. Didier tends to accompany and advice his key clients on all facets of their managerial issues from efficiency improvement to growth initiatives. Didier led numerous performance optimization programs ranging from costs reduction to synergy creation to revamping business processes. He also conducted missions for his clients aiming at creating and launching new products, or setting up new sales and distribution strategies or entering new markets.

Didier is also a dedicated father who holds high family values. In the weekends he loves playing soccer or going for a new personal best time in long distance running.

Didier holds a Masters degree in Engineering from the Catholic University of Louvain.
