Roberto Crapelli
Roberto Crapelli, a graduate of Politecnico di Milano in nuclear engineering and holder of a Ph.D. and an MBA, has over 25 years of experience in strategy consulting.
He began his career with Caterpillar. In 1983, he joined AT Kearney and thereby started his management consulting career, becoming Partner and Vice President in 1990 and Director in the BoD of EDS Italy, before moving to the position of Chairman of AT Kearney of Mediterranean Region in 2004. Two years later he joined Roland Berger as Managing Director of the Italian Unit.
He is a specialist in the financial services, energy and aerospace & defense sectors, and has built up a high level of expertise in corporate strategy, organization, restructuring and post-merger integration. He is member of the Aspen Institute in Italy.
