Arnoud van der Slot

Arnoud van der Slot is a member of the Amsterdam management team. He is responsible for the Utilities Competence Center in the Netherlands.

Arnoud has over 10 years' experience in strategy consulting. Among the many projects he has been involved in are the development of a vision for the Dutch gas and electricity market commissioned by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, the integration of three telcos and the management of project portfolios for several leading European telecom and utility firms. He recently worked on a growth and CRM strategy for a major utility company.

Arnoud co-authored The End of Change, a book about organizational design and change management. The book was released in 2000 and has since been published worldwide in 15 languages.

Arnoud holds a degree in Physics from Leiden University. His thesis led to various publications. He then obtained an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management. He is also an alumnus of the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Evanston, USA, where he specialized in marketing.
