Dr. Constantin Kinský joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in mid-May 2006 as the new Managing Partner for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He is also a Partner at the Financial Services Competence Center. Before joining Roland Berger, Kinský worked for 16 years in investment banking at Chase Manhattan Bank, Merrill Lynch and Bank of America in Paris, London and Prague, and spent three years as an independent consultant specializing in European integration for new entrants from Central European. He has spent the last nine years in Prague and has extensive experience across the CEE region.

Kinský has earned MAs from three recognized institutions – the Sorbonne, Sciences Po Paris (economics & law) and SFAF (financial analysis). He started his career with ABN AMRO and Chase Manhattan Bank in Paris, where he was responsible for corporate and investment banking and the capital market activities of blue-chip clients.

Beyond his active role in supporting Roland Berger's growth in the region, he is also involved in managing his family's estate in the Vysočina region, and plays an active part in rural development and environmental protection programs as a board member of SVOL (the Czech Forestry Owners Association), ELO (the European Landowners Association) and Friends of the Countryside. Kinský also supports the Maltese Order's charitable activities as a board member at the organization's Czech branch.

A native of France with family roots in the Czech Republic, Kinský speaks English, French, Czech and German. When relaxing from his very active professional life, he enjoys spending time with his family, sharing a glass of fine wine with good friends, discussing good books or listening to good music after a day out walking or hunting.
