Fanny Zhang

Fanny Zhang has been a Principal in our Beijing office since March 2011. She has a wide range of consulting experience across various industries, including transportation, energy, utilities, telecom, automotive and manufacturing. Most of her clients are in the transportation (especially cargo transport) and energy & utilities sectors. Fanny has led numerous projects to help Chinese enterprises design new corporate strategies for growth or IPO, define organizational structures, launch performance management systems, enhance marketing & sales or improve operations.

Before joining Roland Berger, Fanny worked for large consulting companies such as A.T. Kearney and Oliver Wyman for 12 years.
