Jan-Hendrik Többe is an expert in turnaround management and restructuring.

He has 10 years of project experience in restructuring companies and strategic realignment. In our Corporate Performance Competence Center, Jan-Hendrik supports clients from all industries with advice on developing and implementing restructuring concepts, financial restructuring on business planning, reorganization as well as M&A and due diligence.

Jan-Hendrik has a business degree from the Wirtschaftsakademie Schleswig-Holstein, and holds an MBA from Leeds Metropolitan University.
