Dirk Reiter
Dirk Reiter is a member of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants' Executive Committee and Head of the global InfoCom Competence Center.
Dirk Reiter (born in 1964) studied electrical engineering in Karlsruhe. Since 1988, he has held various management positions at Hewlett-Packard, including head of international IT projects. He joined Roland Berger in 1993, took over responsibility for the global InfoCom Competence Center in 1995 and was appointed Partner in 1997. In September 2004, he was promoted to the company's Executive Committee (EC), where he is in charge of global knowledge management and for expanding business in Eastern Europe. His term as EC member was extended in December 2006.
His consulting focus includes strategy, process organization, sales and marketing, and e-business. Dirk Reiter has made a name for himself with strategic transformation projects in telecommunications, information technology and the media. His project work includes developing and implementing cost-cutting and efficiency improvement programs.
