Iannis Mardell

With degrees from Strasbourg University, Trinity College Dublin and ESSEC Business School, Iannis Mardell has an international educational background.

He started his career in consulting in 1998 with KPMG Peat Marwick, addressing mainly customer relationship management projects. He then chose to co-found a consultancy boutique (LLNR) specializing in operations and turnaround topics, and another consultancy boutique (KXIOP) serving the aerospace sector.

Iannis joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 2005. He focuses on global performance improvement topics in the services industries (mainly financial services, but also media and utilities). He has managed many large-scale projects involving several countries and has developed methodological and intellectual capital (e.g. on SG&A).
